As the first work of the TOP department of the Kangqiao Group, the project is located at the core of the Zhengzhou Binhe International New City Business District. It is the top-ranking work of the Kangqiao Group to create the leading figures of the times. The Cambridge team invited SCDA, the top three design team in the world, to create the SCDA Global No. 56 and the first in the Central Plains. The project won the "2018 Asia's Best Architectural Design Mansion Award", highlighting the skyline of the Central Plains luxury home. Founded in 1995 by design guru Soo K. Chan, SCDA is designed for vacation and urban hotels, urban luxury, commercial and public buildings. It has more than 20 influential buildings in the world and has won various international design awards.

The project combines the three aesthetic characteristics of space, light and structure and rhythm with contemporary concepts to create an elegant and quiet atmosphere. The architecture, interior and landscape are seamlessly connected to achieve the boundary between design and practicality, creating an environment of perfectness, tranquility and meditation. The meaning of humanity is warm and overflowing, highlighting the experience of life.

The high-end positioning of this project is also very demanding on the design of the logo. At present, the design of the model room demonstration area is small, so more control is given to the details. The overall logo design style continues the architectural design language, using modern materials in a minimalist way, without injecting too many redundant elements; the shape is simple and clear, and it is embodied in the form of large-face folding panels. The logo image of the main entrance is represented by a mirror-like stainless steel material that reflects the surrounding environment. The inclusiveness of the material is used to achieve integration into the environment and escape from the environment, making the project's modern minimalist and luxurious temperament better.

The sign presents the ever-changing use of light and shadow on the sign, to achieve rich visual effects, to make people feel the beauty of time quietly, and to echo the space emotions that want to burst out in the landscape, such as “noisy in the forest, birds in the mountains” . Let the sign and the landscape create a modern and cultural environment that is extravagant and elegant, noble and fresh; in order to make the sign more integrated in the environment, we adopt a dark brown that is consistent with the architecture, as if the logo is the continuation of the building, completely unified .

Before the landing of this program, we deliberately made KT boards for proofing, and we compared each link on the spot. Because we are worried about the difference between the final scene and the drawings, in order to ensure the landing effect, we need to confirm the actual situation of each point. At the entrance sign, we initially set a regular height of 2m, but when we arrived at the scene, we found two steps at the entrance. If the sign is placed, it is equivalent to a height of 2.3m, and the entrance is narrower. After consulting with the customer, we decided to adjust the size to 1.8m. At this time, the perspective of a close-up person looks at the past, and the height is just right.

The logo in the waterscape sinks into the bottom of the water. There is a kind of floating light and gold, and the shadow of the shadow is indulged. The setting of the logo should be related to the stone seam at the bottom of the pool. After comparing the on-site samples one by one, we found that the size of the stone measured in the model is different from the size of the on-site stone. After measuring the size of the site, we made another round of adjustments to the logo, and the location was also centered as much as possible. The water features are combined with the adjacent flora and small mountains to reflect the contemporary oriental charm.

The simplicity of beauty is a trend of modern people's aesthetics, like the simple, round, square, plain, and pure texture pursued by the earliest Song Dynasty. This also requires our inheritance, development and constant innovation because of design. It is a creative practice in itself.
