PRIME ORIENTING

The project is located in the Shibinjiang area of the northern section of Nanbin Road. It is a new high-end luxury residence in Chongqing, immersing itself in the new blood of the city, reshaping the centuries-old Nanbin pro-luxury mansion. The project integrates Shushufangfang, Guanjiang hardcover Daping, and Binjiang Shopping Center. It is a rare low-density and noble community in Chongqing's “two rivers and four banks”.

CIFI "PRIME ORIENTING" first chose Chongqing, and joined the Dongyuan TOP series to create PRIME ORIENTING. In order to provide the most comfortable environment centered on the residents, PRIME ORIENTINGting provides the soul system for the environmental space to match the style of the Oriental Pavilion and the landscape garden.

PRIME ORIENTING Guide System draws on the essence of Chinese traditional culture, adopts the modern design method of combining East and West, and creates the identification value system of “mountain and water clearing”. According to the ups and downs of the project platform, the large-scale pavilion combination villas and houses Jiang has a large flat layer, which gives it a grand viewing effect.

The pedestal is inspired by the majestic rocky banks of Chongqing, the thick travertine, which traces the geographical characteristics of the city in terms of texture and color. In the interlaced change of sight, one step further, each step is to fully feel the characteristics of the site, and then enter the building space. Create a sense of experience in which ethereal dreams and courtesy are coexisting.

The layers rise and the mountains are set. Originated from Confucian ritual architecture: Gaotai Mingtang of the Han Dynasty. The stripe grille height difference is treated into a mountain stream silhouette, and the line is up, the line of sight or the introvert, or the mountain, or the river, and the scene is changed.
