NEVERLAND 

The project is a quality ecological residential area jointly developed by Country Garden, DongYuan Estate and Heneng. The project is located in the core of Chongqing South-Tea Garden New City. The regional supporting facilities are mature, relying on the transportation system of the three horizontal, five vertical and three bridges, and convenient access to all districts of Chongqing. The Qianyu project will create a green ecological community and a 20,000-square-meter ecological art park with the concept of ecological architecture. Relying on the resource advantages of the brand, the company will create a children's dream, enjoy the V+ Pan Club, and four smart living systems.

The sign design restores the space system of a very modern modern earth park. The smooth and sleek artistic terrain combined with the winding modern road forms the contextual relationship of the park front field. The earth ridge with great artistic visual experience is hovered by the middle of the field. On the other hand, it is born and bred, and it forms an echo relationship with the earth mechanism. At the same time, it also brings a strong visual impact and resonance. The focus of the sign design is considered to match the entire project gas field.

The design extracts the beauty of nature contained in “Kanyu”, and the three majors of architecture, landscape and hardcover work together to create a demonstration zone containing natural and artistic humanities, and show customers the living conditions of urban poetry living in nature.

The sign is closely related to the design theme, combining natural, artistic, humanistic and fun. Wood grain and weathering steel are used as the main material of this design, and the wood grain material is determined in the final decision.

The landscape incorporates a unique theme: “The same piece of land, children's dreams and sharing” to create a basin-shaped park that is full of age and enjoys regional culture. We use the flat children's dream to share the logo to create a three-dimensional small sculpture of the children's version of the pony shape, not only makes the theme more vivid, but also makes the children feel more interesting.

The interior of the marketing center appears to be somewhat "alternative": white replaces gold; wood replaces stone; sunlight replaces crystal chandeliers, and even a library replaces a marketing center. Without the impetuousness and luxury of the general marketing center, there is more quiet and peaceful human life here.
