BAIMA MOUNTAIN BASKETBALL PARK

At the beginning of the project design, we collected basketball parks around the world, such as the Lakers' STAPLES Center, the Rockets' Toyota Center, and so on. We found that most of these basketball parks have chosen sports sculptures with extremely specific volume and visual impact, and they are full of tension in the open public space environment, which brings some inspiration to our sign. On the other hand, this national basketball park invested by Wenyi Group has a bamboo forest planted with Hsinchu. Bamboo is also the corporate culture totem of Wenyi Group, and the mesh texture of bamboo leaf weaving reminds us of the shooting. At the time of the basketball net, as a result, we quickly launched the next brainstorming, program design.

Select the basketball team's jersey number with greater influence to enlarge and stereoscopic design, and choose the digital expression and color matching on the jersey. The basketball training base in the basketball park is used to make the design bring the basketball atmosphere and respond to the theme.

Combine the concept of "bamboo" with the elements of basketball, allowing traditional elements to collide with modern craftsmanship. Wood and bamboo weaving were selected as the main materials, and the cross stitching was carried out in combination with the way of smashing to meet the needs of the crowd in different directions. The overall tonality was very integrated with the outdoor green environment, and the restraint did not lose tension. Combine the concept of branching of the tree shrew with the basketball board, use the tree shrews as the support for the layout information in different directions, extract the layout frame and the basket of the basketball board, and control and abstract the layout of the sign. Form a wonderful combination of nature and movement.

In addition to the design of the sign section, we also designed a special basketball element for the public seats, public trash cans, and landscape lights throughout the park. In the design of the public seat, we incorporate the color and form of the basketball, and the volume of the seat is cut and divided, and the height is different in order to adapt to the needs of different age groups. Represents a rhythm and rhythm of basketball. The design of landscape lights and trash cans is the most intuitive expression of basketball elements in response to the needs of the owners.
