The project is 12.9km away from the core business circle of Shapingba and 30km away from the core business district of Langzhong. It is an important gateway and opening place for the development of Vanke Chongqing to the west.

With an open vision and a patchy landscape, it opens an era of dialogue with ideals for urban elites from three aspects: spiritual ideals, resource ideals and ideals of living. With the theme of international, modern and science and technology, the project plans to excavate the international genes of Shapingba District and Xiyong Plate, reconstruct the value of the market and realize the value of “Wanke Brand + International Resources”.

The fast-paced life of the city has made the city elite have the pursuit and desire to return to the source. Seamlessly switch between Yu Yu and Jing Yu, sublimate the quality of life. The landscape is divided into three levels, progressively, from the ideal gate of the entrance, to meet the ideals of the future; to the ideal bridge, to guide the direction of a better life; finally to reach the ideal stage to achieve the ideal. The whole landscape environment uses clear water concrete for a large area, which is more natural, quiet, essential and reclusive. The building design uses concrete and glass as the main materials, expressing modern, concise, transparent and inclusive, as ideal and pure.

The sign is extracted from the "ideal", which is full of energy and needs to be expressed. The shape adopts the art form that is blown up by energy.Following the design theme of the landscape, the car is gradually moved from the car to the pedestrian, from the beginning to the corner. Get rid of the bondage and realize your ideals.

The theme information is identified by the crystal glass laser process, and the night is accompanied by the light as if it has just passed through the thorns. The logo is not the main body of the environment but the embellishment of the main body. Through the sign, the big theme thoughts and the ideal stage are presented in the form of points, which fits the people's spiritual world.

The original surface material of the project is designed to be light-mixed material, which is more compatible with the environmental temperament of the site. However, for various reasons, it can only be adjusted and finally changed to gray paint.
