1872 I-PARK

1872 I-PARK will form a central commercial street in Wantou. It is a garden-themed living street andthe

only 300,000 square lakeside garden theme living street in Wantou. It is the quality business of China

Merchants Shekou in Ningbo. Shekou Garden is the best practice in Ningbo. The high-end residential

areas around the plot are surrounded by natural water systems and the east facing the Xinghu Lake.

The landscape value is extremely high.

The building is cascaded from west to east, along the Dazha Road from north to south, and

the layers are retired, enriching the fifth façade of the building. The landscape design starts

from three aspects: planning texture, architectural vocabulary and cultural inspiration.

Corresponding floor layout, landscape elements and cultural features. The project focuses

on creating a characteristic community-based business center, hoping to create a warm

and convenient, comfortable and unique, interactive and innovative business atmosphere.

The sign design is also based on the curved elements of all things in nature, giving a gentle,

intimate feeling. We grasp the moment when the water waves sway, and simplify the abstraction

to identify the original shape, thus diverging and extending the design.
