The project is located in the northwestern part of Haikou City, Hainan Province, and belongs to the Yuehai Area of the West Coast New District of Haikou City. It is about 500 meters from the coastline, about 15 kilometers from the new administrative center of Haikou City Government, about 12 kilometers from the city center, about 5 kilometers from Haikou Railway Station and about 35 kilometers from Haikou Meilan International Airport.

Supporting facilities The new city government administrative center has been completed, the international convention and exhibition center is about to be completed, and other public construction supporting facilities have yet to be built, and the existing living facilities around the base are gradually improved. The road network around the traffic status project has been planned and the traffic flow is convenient. The north side of the base is Binhai Avenue, the east side is Changrong Road, and the south side is Planning Road.

The project aims to create an image of a world-class ocean city experience block that combines high-end living, coastal resorts, fashion and leisure, and is full of charm and represents the image of Haikou's international city. TROPICAL MODERN “Modern Tropical Wind” draws on the excellent examples of modern landscapes in Singapore and Thailand, and promotes simple and fashionable landscape forms, combined with plain and pristine landscape materials, based on the climatic characteristics and lifestyles of the tropics. The pattern of local features forms a modern, stylish, and economical landscape design. The building seems to shape a tough outer shell, protecting the softness of the heart, like a beautiful girl in a blue dress, and a mother like the ocean. Combining the architectural pattern with the seaside features, the design concept of the surrounding enclosure is extracted.

Sun, sea, blue sky and beach are the places where poetry and dreams are created. The sign also contains romantic tropical style. The light and shadow of the blue waves are like dreams, which makes the long feelings of the dragon come to life. The sign design needs to be integrated into this environment full of island charm, so the layers of ripples on the sea are extracted, abstracted into a form of elemental shape, and the choice is to give people a fresh, pure and clean white as the main color. And choose the same light and elegant text layout. In the choice of material technology, the outdoor use of pearlescent powder with a weak reflective effect, the corresponding use of crystal clear transparent material back paint effect, so that people will see a sparkling vision on the sea at the moment of seeing the sign panel Feel.
