LUNENG SANYA BAY

Luneng Sanya Bay Project is a residential area about 9 kilometers west of Sanya Bay in Sanya City,

Hainan Province. It belongs to the core of Sanya Bay Area and is the new center of Sanya City in

the future.

We extracted the elements of banana leaves as a source of formal design; we differentiated

different community locations by extracting different marine elements and choosing linear

gradients; at the same time, we emphasized the family attributes of the project through the

same design style.

Due to the long distance along the project, we set up the spiritual fortress at the starting point

of the project, and also designed the overall plan of the project. The content is optimized tomake

it easier for people to understand the project in the shortest possible time.
