OCT HARBOUR is located in the core of Ningbo Strategic Improvement and Fenghua River Ecological Culture Zone. With the development concept of “building a city in the garden”, we will create the “21st Century New Maritime Silk Road Culture” and create an international coastal life and cultural area that represents the most cutting-edge leisure lifestyle.

The project is located on the bank of the waterfront and has a life style of coastal life culture. After in-depth study of the project brand culture and regional characteristics, we use the flowing water wave as the basic element to design the navigation system. The overall style is based on a simple style, adding a smooth curve, making it a flexible design trend - waves and soft lines.
